Issues using airplay on third party speakers

I Have a JBL speaker that is airplay enabled. Is there a setting I need to change on my phone after the iOS 10 update to use it? When I try, I only see my apple tv's.

AppleTV 2, Windows 7, same issue on my ap tv 1
